How it works
- If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or your most recent renewal.
- Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all ADVANCE Daily transactions.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
How to request a refund
You can request a refund in either of two ways:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your transaction using the email you used to subscribe.
- Email us at support@advancedailyapp.com with the email address on the account and the date of purchase, and we will assist you.
After the 30 days
After the 30-day window, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the Profile screen inside the app. Cancelling stops future renewals — you continue to have full access to ADVANCE Daily until the end of the period you have already paid for.
